Producer — John W. Bosher
Raised in suburban Illinois, and a graduate from Columbia College of Chicago with a degree in Film & Video, John W. Bosher has experienced tremendous success with his recent film career.
Bosher broke onto the scene with four music videos for rappers Joe Glass & Iroc, which he produced and co-directed. The videos aired on the BET network programs Uncut and The Next. From this success, he was able to delve into feature-film production The Promise Keeper (official selection The Los Angeles Pan African Film Festival and Boston’s Roxbury Film Festival.)
In 2006, he produced the action/thriller The Devil’s Dominoes starring Daniel Baldwin (Homicide: Life on the Street) and Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos). Following this success, Bosher went onto Produce his biggest film yet: Chicago Overcoat; starring a renowned cast including Frank Vincent and Armand Assante, created through Beverley Ridge Pictures, an independent film company he helped create, and dedicated to bringing film productions to Illinois.
